Lights of Hope
“The Lights of Hope shine so brightly in the darker days of winter, giving us all hope and reassurance…Our own personal Hope at Home stars will ensure that each and every one of us can light up our own special corner of our world this Holiday Season.”
– Donald Ransom, donor and retired Nurse
Hope at Home stars have given our community the opportunity to show their support for our health care heroes and the great work they do every day to keep our communities safe. Thank you for being a part of this celebration of community spirit.
Like the stars on our lighting display at St. Paul’s Hospital and our long-term care homes, Hope at Home star lanterns symbolize our collective well wishes and support for all the patients, residents, and families across Providence.
As we celebrate a time full of care and compassion, please accept our thanks for helping ensure the best health care continues to be available to all British Columbians, this holiday season and beyond.
Please note that online sales of our Hope at Home stars will begin shortly and will close on December 23 at 4pm this year. Thank you in advance for your support!

Note: Due to heavy holiday volumes with Canada Post, any orders placed after December 13 may not be delivered in time for Christmas. We’ll do our very best to get them all mailed so that you can enjoy your lantern this holiday season. Kindly note that as St. Paul’s Foundation offices will be closed from December 24, 2021 until January 3, 2022, we will be unable to track packages for you until we reopen in January.
